Identify the importer and territory
- Name the purchasing company, licensed US importer and receiving operator.

Product files and label review
Request the wine information and complete front and back artwork for each proposed presentation. The importer needs to review the applicable COLA label approval and the documents required for this route.
The producer and French reseller have different roles. Identify the actual production, packing and storage operators needed for the import file before shipment arrangements are agreed.
Compare costs at one receiving point
The quotation needs a named destination, bottle count, currency and payment terms. Wine, freight, customs charges, taxes and final transport must be included or identified as charges paid separately. Any exchange mechanism needs agreement; the French public price is not a US delivered price.
Availability, packaging, lead time and replenishment are subject to confirmation. A sample request is assessed separately, including its quantity, cost, import arrangements and transport.
