Alcohol sales are regulated by the French Public Health Code.
MGCODB sells wines produced and supplied by EARL du Grand Bois. As MGCODB is a seller separate from the grower, opening online sales requires confirmation of its takeaway alcohol licence and declaration receipt.
Alcohol sales are prohibited to anyone under eighteen or below the legal age in their country of residence or delivery.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health. Drink in moderation.
Wine seller and producer
The wines ‘L’Automne’, ‘Résonance’ and ‘Le Trésor de Fripon’ are resold by MGCODB, which acts as the reseller and the customer's contractual seller.
MGCODB is the customer's point of contact for orders, payments, invoicing, withdrawals, returns, refunds, statutory warranties and after-sales service.
The wines are produced and supplied by EARL DU GRAND BOIS, a winegrowing business trading as Domaine Les Hermessaines, located at 637 Route de Bigary, 26790 Suze-la-Rousse, France.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, maps, trademarks, logos and graphics, belongs as applicable to MGCODB, EARL du Grand Bois or their rights holders and is protected by intellectual property law.
Reproduction, display, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any method or medium, requires prior written permission. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
