Transport by a professional carrier
Delivery costs depend on your destination and the number of bottles. MGCODB confirms the carrier, total cost and delivery time before any commitment. No flat delivery fee has been set yet.
Packaging
Shipping requires a box designed for bottles, with individual protective inserts. Packaging and transport conditions are checked before dispatch.

Delivery requests within metropolitan France are reviewed according to destination and quantity. For Corsica, French overseas territories or other countries, contact MGCODB to check options and receive a tailored quote.
Breakage or other issues
On receipt, photograph the parcel and bottles if there is leakage, breakage or an error. Where possible, note specific reservations with the carrier, then contact the estate promptly. Your statutory warranties still apply even without reservations.
