Submit a withdrawal notice

For an eligible distance sale, you have fourteen days starting the day after receipt. No reason is required. Identify the order and provide the email address for your acknowledgement.

Rapidly perishable fresh truffles and certain leisure services on a specified date may be excluded from this right. Your warranties in the event of a defect still apply.
