Who processes your data?

Contact and visits
Your name and email address allow us to reply. A phone number is optional. For a visit, provide your preferred date and party size without sending sensitive data. This information is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible service, based on pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering general questions.
Enquiry follow-up
Each forwarded enquiry receives a reference for follow-up. You can tell us how you heard about us; this answer is optional. Technical tracking events record the reference, date, enquiry type, language, declared source and sending result, without copying your name, contact details or message. The provider accepting the send does not confirm receipt in our inbox, a booking or a sale. This tracking adds no cookies or audience measurement tool.
Purchase enquiries and trade quotes
Your selection, quantities, town, postcode and country are used to prepare a proposal and quote delivery. For trade enquiries, we also ask for the business name and activity; estimated volume is optional. We do not request a full address or payment details at this stage. MGCODB processes this information to prepare your offer, on the basis of pre-contractual steps.
Orders and withdrawal
When ordering becomes available, identity, contact details, delivery address and order information are necessary to fulfil it. Invoices are retained to meet accounting obligations. Withdrawal requires your name, identification of the contract and your email address for the acknowledgement. We do not ask you to justify your decision and do not store your full bank card number.
Providers and recipients
Only authorised people and necessary providers access the data: Vercel for hosting, EmailJS or Resend according to the configured email service, Stripe for payments and the selected delivery carrier. The OpenStreetMap map loads only at your request; its provider then receives your IP address. Data is neither sold nor rented.
Cookies and audience measurement
Optional audience measurement, when configured, remains disabled until you consent. You can refuse or withdraw consent using the cookie management link in the footer. Language depends on the page address, without a profiling cookie. No advertising pixel is installed.
Retention
Contact enquiries are deleted no later than three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires otherwise. Invoices must be retained for ten years. Documents needed for a dispute are retained for the applicable period with restricted access. Cookie choices are stored for 180 days; the test basket disappears at the end of the browser session. Technical logs follow providers' retention periods; you may request the applicable details.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based outside the European Union. Transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Your rights and remedies
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or, where the conditions apply, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to leshermessaines@gmail.com. We normally respond within one month; a reasoned extension may be needed for complex requests. You may complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr.
Commercial information
Sending a message or visit enquiry does not add you to any marketing list. If you expressly ask to be notified when the shop opens, your details are used for that notification. You can cancel this request by email at any time.
