These terms govern use of the Domaine Les Hermessaines website. Orders are governed by the terms of sale.

Wine resale by MGCODB
The wines ‘L’Automne’, ‘Résonance’ and ‘Le Trésor de Fripon’ are resold by MGCODB, which acts as the reseller and the customer's contractual seller.
Access and information
The website presents the estate, its wines, truffles and visits. Access is free apart from connection costs. Visits require a confirmed appointment; submitting a form is not a booking. Offers and availability are those expressly confirmed by the estate.
Content and images
Texts, photographs, illustrations and trademarks are protected by their owners' rights. Reuse requires permission except where the law provides otherwise. Illustrative images do not replace the contractual characteristics of the ordered product. A different photograph does not permit unilateral changes to the agreed product.
Using the forms
Provide contact details that allow us to reply and only the information needed for your request. Do not use forms to send unlawful messages, impersonate someone or disrupt the service. No customer account is required to contact us.
Navigation and accessibility
Pages can be browsed with a keyboard and informative images have text descriptions. If content or a form is inaccessible to you, write to leshermessaines@gmail.com for help. This information is not a declaration of compliance with an accessibility standard.
Liability and applicable law
We correct reported errors and update content. These terms do not limit statutory warranties or mandatory consumer rights. French law applies, subject to mandatory protective rules. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the legally competent courts.
