Returns and refunds

Your seller
The wines ‘L’Automne’, ‘Résonance’ and ‘Le Trésor de Fripon’ are resold by MGCODB, which acts as the reseller and the customer's contractual seller.
Wine bottles: withdrawal
For an eligible distance sale, you have fourteen days from the day after receiving the goods, or the last separately delivered item, to notify withdrawal. No reason is required. Use the withdrawal page or send a clear statement to the seller.
Returning goods
Return goods within fourteen days of notifying withdrawal to MGCODB, 695 route de Bigary, 26790 Suze-la-Rousse. Use packaging suitable for transporting bottles. Original packaging is not an absolute requirement. You bear the direct return costs for withdrawal. A justified deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are made within fourteen days after notification of your decision using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees. Standard delivery costs are included; extra costs of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are not. Refunds may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever comes first.
Fresh truffles and dated services
Goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh truffles, are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Leisure services on a specific date may also be excluded. This exception must be stated before any commitment. It does not remove rights relating to defects, non-conformity or services not provided.
Breakage, mistakes or defects
Report the issue with the order reference and a description. Photos of the product and parcel are helpful if available. Failure to record reservations with the carrier does not cancel statutory warranties. Return costs for non-conforming goods are not treated as withdrawal for convenience; the seller arranges the applicable remedy free of charge under the law.
Cancellation or unavailability
If unavailability is confirmed after payment, the seller informs you and refunds the amounts for the cancelled order. Visit cancellation terms are provided with the offer before confirmation. No unaccepted penalty schedule may be added after booking.
Your visit
Visits are possible every day, by quotation and confirmed appointment, for up to 40 people, adults and children included. The visit is cancelled if it rains. The programme depends on the season; your date must still be confirmed.
