You can request a vineyard walk without wine tasting at Les Hermessaines, near Suze-la-Rousse. This option is available on the enquiry form. The individual rate for the walk is €20 including VAT per person per hour; groups can contact us about a preferential offer. Choosing not to taste wine does not automatically entitle you to a discount.
Pascale and Jean-Marc lead the vineyard walks. The programme can cover the plots, grape varieties and seasonal work. For a first visit, ask to see the parts being described on an actual vine. The precise programme must be agreed; entering a cellar or taking part in vineyard work is not automatically included.
Visits can be arranged any day for up to 40 people, including adults and children, subject to a quotation, a contract and a confirmed appointment. The duration, programme and total price are specified before you agree. A postponement may be agreed, particularly if it rains.
If some of your group would like to taste wine
Simply tell us that some adults would like a tasting and others would not. You do not need to explain your choice or provide health information. Have the programme for the whole group, the content of any tasting and any tasting charge specified in the quotation.
Visits are hosted in French. If you need another language, check its availability before booking: a translated website does not guarantee a visit in that language.
Preparing your appointment
In your visit enquiry, give your possible dates, the number of adults and children, your preferred duration and your choice of no tasting. Mention any practical requirement affecting the route, such as limited walking, without sending medical documents.
Have the terrain and access arrangements confirmed. Reception is at 637 route de Bigary, 26790 Suze-la-Rousse, only by confirmed appointment, with no regular drop-in hours. Wait for confirmation of the meeting point before setting off.
