A private truffle hunt with Lala and a tasting at Les Hermessaines

On 16 December 2025, a group arranged exclusive use of the Les Hermessaines truffle groves for a day organised by Pascale. With Lala, our truffle dog, the guests took part in the search for truffles. The outing continued with a truffle tasting accompanied by Le Trésor de Fripon white wine.

The group went home with the truffles the guests had gathered.
Le Trésor de Fripon white wine during the tasting
After the truffle hunt, we shared a glass of Le Trésor de Fripon white wine during the truffle tasting. The owner states that the grapes for this white wine came from vineyards adjoining the truffle groves. The white wine served that day is distinct from the 2024 red wine shown in our catalogue.
Planning your visit to the truffle groves
To request a truffle hunt with dogs, the current price is €99 per person including VAT. Visits can take place every day, for up to 40 people including adults and children, only by quotation and confirmed appointment. If it rains, the visit is cancelled. A harvest and truffles to take home are not guaranteed. The seasonal programme, any tasting and the dogs present must be confirmed with the estate.
